WashU IT employees and distributed IT partners across campus are invited to attend the upcoming monthly IT All Hands meeting scheduled for Aug. 19.
First on this month’s agenda is featured speaker, Nathan Jacobs, PhD, who will discuss the ongoing collaboration and shared mission of the Digital Intelligence & Innovation Accelerator (DI2) and WashU IT. Jacobs serves as Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, Co-Director of the Geospatial Research Initiative, and Vice Provost for AI.
WashU IT Chief of Staff Jen Stedelin and Karen Schilli, Director of IT Governance, Portfolio, Capacity, and Demand Management within WashU IT’s Project Portfolio Management Office, will present an overview of the university’s transition from Planview PPM Pro to ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management (SPM) for time entry, portfolio tracking and more.
The monthly gathering provides staff across the university’s IT ecosystem with key updates on major technology initiatives, organizational developments, human resources news, employee milestones, recognitions and more.
Chief Information Officer Jessie Minton will also deliver key organizational updates, including a year-end review of Fiscal Year 2026 goals and a status report on WashU IT’s ongoing employee engagement initiative.
Members of the IT community are encouraged to mark their calendars for the session and prepare to join colleagues for these operational and strategic updates.
Following the August meeting, the subsequent IT All Hands session will be held Wednesday, Sept. 16.
