To download Microsoft Office apps for iOS (iPhone and iPad), search the Apple app store for the desired app — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. — or, select the links below:

Once you have downloaded the apps, you must activate them using your Office 365 account in order to enable their full functionality.  You can activate using the following steps:

  1. Open the app you want to use (Word, Excel, etc.)
  2. Tap Sign In
  3. When prompted for your email address:
    • If your WashU Key username matches the first part of your @washu.edu email address, enter: yourwashukey@wustl.edu
    • If your WashU Key username differs from the first part of your @washu.edu email address, enter: yourwashukey@email.wustl.edu
  4. Select Next
  5. When prompted for your WashU Key username and password, enter them and then tap Login
  6. Once you see the You’re All Set message, tap Create and Edit Documents
