The topic of the next Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Roundtable is Problem Management; an important ITSM practice focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of recurring IT issues. The roundtable session will be held on Friday, July 24, at 2:00 p.m. CDT.
New invitations from Teams were sent on June 30th and should be on everyone’s calendar. During this session, attendees will be introduced to the fundamentals of Problem Management and share how WashU is using the practice to move beyond restoring service after incidents occur. By analyzing trends, investigating root causes, and implementing permanent corrective actions, Problem Management helps reduce repeat issues, improve service reliability, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Whether you’re involved in service delivery, operations, support, or simply interested in improving how IT services are managed across WashU, we invite you to join the discussion and learn how Problem Management contributes to more stable, predictable, and resilient services.
