The topic of the next Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Roundtable is the interrelatedness of the IT Operating Model projects at WashU. The September roundtable session will be held on Friday, September 25, at 2:00 p.m. CDT. New Teams invitations have already been distributed and should be on calendars.
During this session, attendees will explore how the IT Operating Model initiatives, including Service Portfolio Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Capacity and Demand Management and related practices, work together to improve the delivery and management of IT services across the university. Discussion will focus on where these efforts began, key accomplishments to date and what lies ahead as the initiatives continue to mature.
Whether involved in service delivery, operations, support, leadership, or simply interested in the future of IT service management at WashU, all are invited to join the discussion and learn how these projects collectively support a more connected, efficient and service-oriented organization.
Topics that will be presented in upcoming months include Software Asset Management and Software Operations, as well as Navigating ServiceNow.
