WashU IT Support consists of trained Information Technology personnel and competent student technicians. If we cannot answer your question, we will route you to the appropriate department or person.

WashU IT uses the Service Now platform for technology ticketing and IT asset management. Your IT interactions, including break support, fix support and requests for services, are all logged and tracked in ServiceNow.
